In the photo book „Forgotten“ I am telling a story about humanity's conflict with its very own nature. By utilizing so called „Forgotten Words“ – words that had been used in the English language but somehow got lost in between the 17th and 18th century – and metaphorically illustrating them with photographs of naturally occurring structures, I critically question how it is possible that we grasp the problem of climate change but at the same time we are not seriously trying to solve it.
